SUGGESTED ITINERARY*

0900	Collect from accommodation.**
	We will take you from your accommodation to the fabulous Yarra Valley. This valley is renowned for being one of the finest cool climate growing areas in Australia. If you know your wine well we will take you to the wineries**** that produce your favourite wine and in many instances we will be talking to the vigneron personally. If you don't know your wine we will introduce you to the intricacies of tasting and visit some of the more picturesque venues of the valley. Lunch*** can be taken in any one of a number of fine restaurants or cafes at the wineries. After lunch we continue to taste or just gather in the magnificent scenery. Later in the afternoon we will make our way back to the city via Warrandyte, site of the first gold discovery in Victoria in 1851.
